2. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return period starts from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Return Process

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging

3.2 Return Shipping

Free return shipping is provided for defective items or items shipped in error. For buyer’s remorse returns, a $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for high-value items.

4. Refund Processing

Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as follows:

  • Company Check (Default): Mailed within 3–5 business days after approval

  • Electronic Transfer: ACH, PayPal, or similar (3–5 business days after approval)

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval and never expires

If no preference is specified, a company check will be issued by default.

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds may include:

  • Original shipping costs (for defective or incorrect items)

Deductions may apply for:

  • Return shipping fee ($25)

  • Restocking fee (15% if applicable)

5. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations
