After we receive your returned printer, we typically process replacements or refunds within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may add a few additional days depending on your location.
What if my warranty has expired?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor warranty claims after the warranty period has expired. However, you may still be able to return the printer under our 30-day return policy if applicable.
Is the replacement new or refurbished?
Replacements are refurbished units that meet the same quality standards as your original purchase. They undergo the same 37-point inspection and testing process before shipping.
