Yes. If you prefer a refund over a replacement, just let us know when you file your warranty claim. We’ll process a full refund once we receive and verify the defective unit.

After we receive your returned printer, we typically process replacements or refunds within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may add a few additional days depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor warranty claims after the warranty period has expired. However, you may still be able to return the printer under our 30-day return policy if applicable.

Replacements are refurbished units that meet the same quality standards as your original purchase. They undergo the same 37-point inspection and testing process before shipping.
